the location was close to the royal palace. the room service was quick and reasonably priced (i thought so, anyway). i had a generously sized room. the bed was comfy.
i found no tissue paper in the room. there was no ground coffee either. i also found no rubber mats for the bathtub (i had to ask for one).

fantastic central stay

The hotel is very central. I found many sites within easy walking distance. the metro stop is conveniently nearby. breakfast included options catering to various dietary needs and preferences. the receptionist and other staff were quite friendly and helpful. I will return on my next trip (i really mean it!).
the shower's temperature fluctuated a bit, moving between lukewarm and hot. i also noticed a little condensation in the bathroom.

My room was spacious and clean. It included a comfortable bed and ample storage. i also liked that there was good sound isolation from outside noises. the provided desk offered enough space for working .

the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. i felt especially grateful when they efficiently arranged a taxi for me. they booked it to the airport at 4 a.m., ensuring i made my early flight.

The breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the dining room downstairs felt cozy. wifi was fast, important. i appreciated the easy access to nearby metro and bus stops. Getting around was simple.

mixed feelings about this stay

the location was pretty good, placing me near the royal palace.
The air conditioning didn't work . It was never communicated at check-in. the front desk staff informed me only after i called about the room's temperature. this employee was rude and raised his voice repeatedly during the conversation. That behavior is unacceptable.
